淄柴L250系列LNG/柴油雙燃料發(fā)動機以L250系列柴油機為母型機,充分吸收國內(nèi)外先進技術(shù)和設計思想,在保持其良好的動力性、經(jīng)濟性、可靠性等優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上,設計開發(fā)了中速大功率L250系列LNG/柴油適用于氣體處所的多點噴射雙燃料發(fā)動機。L250系列雙燃料發(fā)動機采用本質(zhì)設計,天然氣供氣系統(tǒng)在任何情況下機艙均處于狀態(tài);采用國內(nèi)準內(nèi)混式燃氣電控多點噴射技術(shù)。發(fā)動機可以根據(jù)實際工況切換工作狀態(tài),既可以使用LNG雙燃料工作,也可以單獨使用柴油工作。其通過電子控制單元實現(xiàn)燃氣與柴油噴射的比例,使發(fā)動機始終運行在狀態(tài)下,在不影響功率輸出的條件下節(jié)省柴油。燃油替代率可達到90%。船舶常用工況多為低速大扭矩,雙燃料模式下能夠滿足低負荷加氣需求,低負荷工況下10%負荷點可以進入雙燃料模式,替代率可達40%以上。排放指標滿
