淄柴N350/S雙燃料發(fā)動機,是中速直列四沖程大功率LNG/柴油雙燃料發(fā)動機;隨著排放法規(guī)的日趨嚴格和石油能源日益短缺,節(jié)能、低碳成為內(nèi)燃機技術(shù)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)方向,液化天然氣(LNG)具有能量密度高、排放低(可有效降低NOx排放)等特點,對推動我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和國家能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
N350/S雙燃料發(fā)動機在N350柴油機的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了天然氣進氣系統(tǒng)和控制系統(tǒng),主要包括天然氣進氣管、電子控制單元(ECU)、傳感器等。·N350/S雙燃料發(fā)動機不改變N350柴油機具有的各個系統(tǒng),可靠性高。
N350/S雙燃料發(fā)動機控制邏輯主要包括天然氣噴射控制、負荷控制、調(diào)速控制、安保控制等。N350/S雙燃料發(fā)動機通過控制程序設(shè)計及曲軸轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器、凸輪轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器、機油壓力、燃油溫度、增壓空氣溫度、燃氣溫度、燃氣壓力、調(diào)速器執(zhí)行器油門位置等數(shù)據(jù)采集,形成覆蓋發(fā)動機全工況的MAP圖,實現(xiàn)了雙燃料模式與燃油模式的自由切換及雙燃料發(fā)動機的穩(wěn)定運行。
從燃氣進氣管路到燃氣噴射閥均采用雙壁管結(jié)構(gòu)。·采用合理的控制邏輯,可實現(xiàn)雙燃料發(fā)動機模式的自動轉(zhuǎn)換,保證在缺少燃氣情況下可用純柴油模式滿負荷運行。防爆門安裝在中冷后接管上,正對增壓空氣穩(wěn)壓腔,它能夠快速釋放燃氣回火爆燃能量,從而起到保護發(fā)動機進氣系統(tǒng)免遭損壞的作用。
